At 109 we are always learning and exploring the world of cheese, wine and great food. To compliment this we have created an environment where cheese producers, affineur, chefs, winemakers, sommeliers, writers and more can come together and share their experiences and passions. What better way to learn than from the people who love real food and wine so much that they have dedicated their whole lives to preserving its essence. The classroom at 109 is dedicated to the continuing education and fulfillment of the foodie in us all.

The classroom is fully equipped with media for corporate events and meetings as well as fun social presentations.
